HTML5 Video Player Updated

The HTML5 Video Player App now has the functionality to auto-play videos, and auto-play videos for visitors that are seeing the page for the first time. This has a big impact on sales conversions!
This means that your visitors will start watching your video without having to cilck anything. This removes one very important click between a visitor enquiring with you. Video is the future of online sales. If your video is a sales pitch, it's vital that your visitors see it, as it will increase the liklihood that they'll enquire with you.
We've also programmed in functionality so if you'd prefer, the video will auto-play, but only if the visitor hasn't seen it before. This is ideal for sales videos on homepages - you want the video to play for first-timers, but you don't want to annoy your returning customers by constantly playing a sales video at them.
The functionality is available through ticking a box. Of course, if you'd like to make your visitors click play to play your video, you'll have that option too. The HTML5 Video Player App is available on the apps marketplace within Shift, by clicking the 'get apps' button on your toolbar.
