Inserting Images More Obvious

Some client were confused as to how to add images into their content areas. This is now obvious, and works more like it does in MS Word.
Previously, when clients clicked the 'image' button, it brought up the image dialogue box, but did not prompt you to add an image. To add an image, you had to click on 'add image' above the toolbar - some people were missing this.
Now, when you click the image button, the file manager opens up instead of the dialogue box. You simply choose the image you want to insert from the file manager, or upload a new one. Easy.
