We'd like to welcome two new members to the 123 Online Team.
Trent McDiarmid is our newest Web Design Sales Consultant. His role is to gain an understanding of perspective website design requirements, and work to tailor a web design quote and proposal to suit their needs. Trent will also be working to select the best Web Design Templates for base of new clients website designs.
Before making the move to the Web Design Industry ,Trent has a background in the Travel where he worked as a sales consultant for four years. He's an avid snowboarder, and worked as an instructor across the USA and Japan.
Heena is our new Web Design Project Manager and Website Technical Support specialist. Her role is managing our clients Web Design projects, and making sure that their websites are produced on time, and making the Web Design process easy for our customers.
She's also the port of call for our clients once their website are completed. When they update their website through their Content Management System (CMS), she's there for full support if they get stuck.
Heena's background is in the Web Design Industry, working in a technical support role for two years with Web Design & Development Company Zeald.com. Heena has a passion for helping customers through the Web Design & Development process, and making it easy get their Website Design online!
